Created for those drawn not only to the flowers but to the deeper conversations behind creativity, healing, sensitivity and becoming. Alongside my work as a wedding florist, I’m also a holistic business coach with a special interest in trauma-informed somatics so I'm currently training to become a trauma informed somatic counsellor. Over time, my work has naturally evolved into exploring the connection between creativity, the nervous system, spirituality and building a life and business that feels more embodied, sustainable and aligned.
