SHIPPING POLICY
We are a small business located in Merseyside and as such offer a choice of either collection from our own address (provided once payment and order details are confirmed with us either by phone or email) or delivery to areas of Liverpool and some local surrounding areas for all our product collections. Delivery or collection information provided must be accurate and confirmed by us to ensure a smooth transaction of your products. We try to meet time requirements where possible but this can not always be guaranteed so be sure to contact us prior to check out to confirm your requirements. Only our Wedding Shop collection is currently available for nationwide delivery and appropriate delivery costs will be charged depending on the weight of your chosen items, standard 3-5 working day delivery will apply. All items with be packaged for their upmost safety in the delivery process and if you are purchasing for a gift, we do offer a complimentary gift-wrapping service complete with gift card for your own message to be added. Please contact us where possible prior to checkout to arrange this.
RETURN POLICY
We always strive to ensure all our products are of high quality and freshness however we do understand on certain occasions you may not be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of a lot of our products being live and fresh we ask that any complaints and are made within a minimum of two working days of receiving your order. It is and always will be our priority to meet an agreement with customers in these situations whether this be in receipt of a refund given or a replacement product. Refunds are given at the discretion of management and photographic evidence is needed of any product issues so we can properly assess the situation and find the most suitable resolution.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept credit and debit card payments through the website and you also have the option of making payment through PayPal. We will need to collect some of your personal information to process payment including your delivery and billing address as well as a contact number and the card details to process your payment for your order. Details collected will only be used to correctly process and ship your order and please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding payment.
