My floral business is a space where modern floristry meets wild romance. I’m a Liverpool based wedding florist with a love for creating bespoke, seasonally inspired designs that feel as natural and authentic as the people they’re made for.

 

Freckles & Flowers was built to challenge the traditional, heteronormative wedding industry and to celebrate love in all its forms. As a proudly queer woman, I’ve made it my mission to create a space where every couple feels seen, celebrated and completely at ease.

 

You won’t find catalogues or set designs here just premium, thoughtfully chosen blooms, designed around your story, your style and your day. My approach is relaxed but intentional: I’m here to make the experience enjoyable, stress-free and full of excitement for what we’ll create together.

Flowers Feeling & Frequency

 

Alongside my work as a wedding florist, I’m also a qualified trauma informed somatic counsellor. Flowers Feeling & Frequency is the home of my online counselling practice and a slower, softer extension of everything I value: creativity, connection, compassion and being received as a whole human being.

 

Somatic counselling offers a bottom-up approach to therapy, meaning we don’t explore your experiences only from a cognitive or thinking perspective. It is a deeply human centred way of working that welcomes the whole person, being mind, body and spirit.

Our work may include nervous system education, developing greater awareness of your body’s responses and building resources that help you feel more supported within everyday life. If trauma processing becomes an appropriate and meaningful part of your journey, this would always be approached collaboratively, with your informed consent and at a pace your nervous system has the capacity to hold.

 

I offer LGBTQ+ affirming support for people navigating experiences including break-ups and relationship changes, identity, grief, difficult family dynamics, caregiving, chronic stress, boundaries and patterns that may be difficult to understand or put into words.

My approach brings together compassionate conversation, nervous system awareness and gentle curiosity about what your body may be communicating. You don’t need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what is happening or a clear idea of where to begin. I’m here to hold a space in which you and your needs can be a priority, and it would be an honour to walk alongside you through this part of your journey.

 

I believe compassionate, human centred support should be as accessible as possible. If finances are a barrier, a limited number of sliding-scale spaces will be available, and you are welcome to ask about these when you enquire.

Through reflective writing, workshops, counselling services and community, I'm exploring how creativity, movement and compassionate practice can become pathways back to authenticity, belonging and a more embodied way of living.
